Ask any hay press operator how their day actually goes, and you will hear some version of the same story. A grower calls to say a truck is on the way. Someone runs to check which machine is free. An exporter emails asking if an order has been placed yet. Nobody has a real answer until someone walks the floor and looks for themselves. That is not a people problem. It is an information problem. The order, the machine schedule, and the quality record all live in different places
